Well, now, if you have got the time, you can explore India’s culinary and cultural beauty on our dime. Chef Alan, our founder, is an avid biker. Any chef or culinary student in India can get full use of our custom-fitted adventure motorcycle to explore our beautiful lands on your terms. Well, a little bit on our terms.
- Absolutely stay off the national highways (NH)
- Travel slowly, roam, linger. Keep to less than 200 kms per day
- Get lost, get surprised. Stay off the GPS, it is not for wandering chefs
- Stay with the locals, not at hotels
- Blog, vlog, share, care. Use our cameras to record and share with the world
- Host a workshop / food festival on what you saw or ate on your adventure
The Bike
You will be using the XPulse 210, the latest adventurer from the Hero Motorcycles stable. It is based on the bikes they race and win at Dakar. The XPulse 210 is a light ride, easy to use, with a smooth engine and comfortable suspension. It’s a good for a wide variety of riders, from beginners to advanced, like Chef Alan.
Remember we said ‘custom-fitted’? All you need to bring are your clothes and chef knives. The rest is ours, even the fuel. You get up to INR 5,000/- of petrol to roam with. The bike comes fitted with off-road protection, soft luggage, 360° action cameras and custom graphics.
